With over twenty-five years of auction experience, Col. Jim Peterson started into the auction business in his father's livestock salebarn & farm equipment business in his home town of Gothenburg, NE. Jim is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School and the University of Nebraska, Lincoln (B.S. Bus. Admin, M.A. Econ.) He is also a licensed real estate broker in Nebraska. In addition, Jim is under contract with the city of Lincoln, Nebraska to sell the abandoned and unclaimed vehicles and bicycles for the Lincoln Police Dept. Also, he is one of the four auctioneers employed to sell surplus property for the State of Nebraska in association with Ficke and Ficke Auctioneers. Member Nebraska Auctioneers Association.
