LPD AUCTION TERMS: CASH or LOCAL CHECK auction date. All items sell “AS IS” with no guarantees implied or expressed. You must register the way you want your vehicle titled. Any vehicles with a salvage title will be disclosed before selling. A 7% State & City sales tax applies to all personal property sold unless the buyer has a State of Nebraska resale tax exemption number provided to the auction company.
